  1. as far as elder scrolls games go, oblivion captures the "elder scrolls feel" much better than skyrim: although that takes nothing away from skyrim, still a great game.

  2. i believe it is best to do the dlc early on simply because of the unique armour, weapons as well as perks that can come in handy throughout the main game.

  3. This is perhaps the best dlc ever. This adds 20 or more hours just in the main quest. These days that is a pipe dream with dlc. It also adds a load of new weapons spells and armor To boot it's only $20. Now we pay for dlc to fill in holes the developers themselves take out if the game. Even when they're good and reasonably priced they don't add this much by a long shot.

  4. I just couldn't get into the rest of Oblivion as I did with Shivering Isles. This expansion made the game truly worth it for me.

  5. I have multiple friends, who like me share the same passion and excitement for this game. We could take about Oblivion for hours, revealing out little secrets and the many mysteries behind Oblivion. I start to become overwhelmed with the feeling of nostalgia, and in the next few weeks im going back o replay this amazing game.

  6. I've played more oblivion then skyrim on steam (over 30 hours) and this expansion pack has to be the best out of all expansions.

  7. I'd need a few changes to skyrim b4 im skyrim>oblivion nothing major
but..hate new spellbreaker on skyrim, enemy dots on the compass need a 'turn off' option (should have to look for an enemy) skyrim needs Armor system not Smithing..Armor is only as good as you take care of it. and damage..look at oblivion
vs skyrim. Skyrim is catering to kids that wanna feal more badass hitting 300damage a hit..both good games both could use updates tho..
